Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend a course in which you have registered, a suitable substitute is always welcome. Alternatively, a refund less a $150 administration fee will be made for cancellations received in writing after the registration deadline but more than one calendar month before course commencement date. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made less than once calendar month before course commencement; however for exceptional circumstances and at company discretion some credit may be given towards a future QinetiQ Technology Training course.
QinetiQ Technology Training advises that attendees wait to book travel and accommodation until receipt of course confirmation letter. QinetiQ Technology Training will not accept any responsibility for costs incurred to attendee prior to receipt of course confirmation letter.
If either QinetiQ Technology Training or the course presenter cancel a course before the commencement date, all course fees paid will be returned in full. In the unlikely event a course is cancelled by either QinetiQ Technology Training or course presenter after commencement a proportional refund will be given.

When we disclose your personal information
QinetiQ Technology Training may disclose personal information to its training partners for the strict purpose of issuing certificates and relevant credits for the course. This information is limited to the individual's first name, surname and organisation. With your written permission QinetiQ Technology Training may provide your personal information to our parent company for the purpose of marketing relevant information. QinetiQ Technology Training will not disclose information to any other party without your written consent, except where authorised or required by law.

Access, Accuracy and Secure Storage
