Aircraft Structural Repair for Engineers – Parts I, II And III

Part I is a nine day course and Parts II and III are each five-day courses.  All courses use a combination of lectures, practical exercises and discussion to help participants increase the integrity of structural repairs, and address aging aircraft issues. 

Part I focuses on preliminary aspects and repair analysis for structures mainly in tension.  Part II focuses on repairs on structure with more complex loading actions (bending and compression).  Part III focuses on fatigue and damage tolerance concepts and their application to repair design.
